Venues
We develop hotel-hosted convention centres and modular event venues that turn under-used space into fully operational destinations.
Proven venue builders
Victoria Island · Lagos
The largest event venue at the Federal Palace Hotel and Casino: a 2,100 sqm facility expandable to 5,000 sqm, hosting conferences, exhibitions, weddings and festivals alongside the hotel's guest rooms.
Ikeja · Lagos
A hotel-hosted convention venue on the mainland, serving the airport corridor and Ikeja's business district with corporate and social events.
The modular concept
Clear-span luxury structure: glass-fronted, column-free hall with premium finishes.
Built for residents' calm: acoustic planning, separate access and guest flow.
Climate and power: full climate control with integrated power solutions.
Staging and technology: stage, lighting and audiovisual systems built in.
Elegant design: complements the surrounding property's aesthetics.
Sized to the site: flexible capacity with the possibility for expansion.
Why modular
Opens far sooner than a conventional build.
Off-site fabrication keeps on-site works short and quiet.
Can be expanded, reconfigured or relocated as plans evolve.
Designed and fitted like a conventional structure.
From concept and construction to operation.
